Chef-crafted menus run to pasta and chicken entrees with sides, salad, rolls and butter – food a fourteen-year-old midfielder will actually eat, plated or served buffet-style. Adult-appropriate options run alongside them on the same package, so nobody is choosing between a kids’ menu and a real dinner. Beverages are included, and bar service can be added for the coaching staff and parents.

Every Sports Banquet package covers three hours of event time plus a full hour beforehand for setup, which is when the trophy table gets built and the banner goes up. Room rental, linens, house centerpieces and full A/V – projector, screen, podium and microphone – are all included, along with easels and banner display. So is a personalized team cake. You are not renting a room and then renting everything that goes in it.

The Ballroom seats 35 to 200+ depending on setup, with a private foyer for check-in, photo boards and a cocktail hour for the parents. The Pergola outside overlooks the greens and works for spring and early-fall banquets that want a group photo with something behind it.
