Every holiday party package includes a three-hour event with the option to add time based on availability, plus one hour of early access for decorating and setup. You will choose from 25+ linen colors and elegant Chiavari chairs, with holiday centerpieces available as a holly berry wreath and candle or as cylinder vases with votives. The foyer and ballroom are decorated for the season with lighted trees and holiday wreaths.
How many guests can Downingtown host for a holiday party?
Our ballroom and foyer accommodate 35 to 200+ guests, depending on setup and availability. That covers everything from an intimate office dinner to a large company holiday party with entertainment, and we offer packages designed for smaller gatherings as well as menus tailored to bigger holiday events.
