Favorite aspect of work, and most inspiring for RJG : Making the couples happy! I love being creative in my dishes, and even more when I am inspired to photograph the dish.
When did you start building your passion for events? When I  was an apprentice at Philadelphia’s Four Seasons Hotel under renowned Chef Jean-Marie Lacroix.

Favorite thing to do when not at Downingtown: Spending time with Family and our Dogs
Fun Fact: I’m a Lefty!  You also wouldn’t believe__ as a child, if I talked about being in a car crash while in the car it could never happen because I was talking about it.
