    Every Youth Sports Banquet package at Downingtown Country Club includes three hours of event time, plus one hour for setup. Your banquet package includes full use of our AV equipment (projector, screen, podium, and microphone), easels, and banner display options — plus a custom cake and linens in your team’s colors to make the celebration truly special.

    How many athletes and guests can you accommodate?

    The venue accommodates both intimate larger gatherings, with space for 35 to 200+ guests, depending on setup and availability.

    Can we display team photos, slideshows, or videos?

    Our event spaces can typically accommodate AV setups for photo
    displays, slideshows, and videos. We can also customize our ballroom to hang banners and posters.

    Are youth-friendly menu options available?

    Our specialized Sports Banquet Package includes kid friendly and adult appropriate options to satisfy your athletes, coaches and family members.
