Two Buffet Tiers — the Deli Buffet ($29 per person) or the hot Memorial Luncheon Package ($34 per person), each with a 35-guest minimum.

What’s included in the celebration of life package?

Each memorial luncheon package includes a three-hour event with an additional setup hour, your choice of buffet, freshly brewed coffee, hot tea, iced tea, and lemonade, and a dessert display. Every package also includes house linens, silk flower centerpieces, easels, display tables, and a projector and screen for slideshows or tributes.

How many guests can the space accommodate?

Downingtown Country Club hosts both intimate gatherings and larger memorial services, with space for 35 to 200 or more guests depending on setup and availability. Buffet packages have a 35-guest minimum, and the venue fee is waived for gatherings of 100 or more.

Are custom tributes or slideshows allowed?

Yes. A projector and screen are included with the venue package so you can share a slideshow or video tribute, and easels and display tables are provided for photos, memory boards, and keepsakes.

Can we use our own officiant, clergy, or celebrant?
